Portugal and Juventus FC footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has been blamed for rape by Kathryn Mayorga, as indicated by German media outlet Der Speigel. The lady blamed the footballer for raping her in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2009 and after that paying $375,000 to her for keeping it to her.

Cristiano’s lawyer – Schertz Bergmann Rechtsanwälte – issued an statement denying the cases, as indicated by another report in The Telegraph. Calling Der Spiegel’s report ‘blatantly illegal’, the lawyer said that they would be seeking after ‘good harms in a sum relating to the gravity of the encroachment, which is presumably a standout among the most genuine infringement of individual rights as of late.’

Mayorga talked openly first time professing to have been raped after partying with Ronaldo, while he was on vacation with his cousin and brother in law in Las Vegas.

Mayorga also said about occasions following the episode that how Ronaldo tumbled to his knees and told to her he was “99 percent a good guy” let around the “one percent”.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner had before denied the allegations and said that the sex was consensual. Mayorga’s lawyers are currently questioning the validity of the out-of-court settlement happenned in Nevada.

Der Spiegel asserts that the lawyer’s case depends on a document of Ronaldo’s record of what happened where the women is cited as saying “she said ‘no’ and ‘stop’ several times.”
