Hirani said the first edit featured the actor’s story as it was and in this way was not liked by people. “Amid the shoot I felt ‘What am I doing, I’m going wrong. truth be told, when the first edit was prepared and we screened for individuals, they disliked him. They said we don’t like this man, we would prefer not to watch him,” he said. “Since I wanted to show a real story, I didn’t make any sympathy towards him. I said lets not make sympathy and show (him) as he seems to be. Yet, later I understand that he is our hero, we need some sympathy for him,” the director included.
