DMRC has always stayed forward in informing the passengers about every thing a passenger should be aware of. But even too much announcements seems bothering our Delhi metro passengers. And the announcements are so boring and repititive that the organisation iis getting so much feed back about that for train on magenta line from Botanical garden and Janakpuri West. As per our media reports, DMRC has chosen to chop down its announcements by about 80 percent and it might be start on the recently started Pink line also. The DMRC makes declarations in regards to the next arriving station, informing travelers to stand clear with respect to doors, to interchange lines at specific stations and furthermore to not sit on the metro floor, convey PC packs on their back just as avoid eating inside the metro. Beginning Monday, February 18 the DMRC has chosen to control the declarations on Magenta line on a trial reason for three months. Apparently, 34 announcements are made amid the train’s journey on the Magenta line in both sound and video forms. As indicated by an organisation representative, in the present format, just seven general declarations will be made. 25 of the 34 announcements will be made just in video formats. While the other will be made accessible to travelers in video format, every single compulsory announcements, for example, next station, door opening on which sides, destination will keep on running as common in both sound and video formats inside the train.
