The blamed, identified as Jogender Kumar (34), from Rajasthan. He moved to the city three or four months back and got an Aadhaar card and different documents under the fake name of Ashok Kumar of a local area. He used these fake documents to submit as bail surety for individuals from whom he would take cash, ASI Jagdish Chand said. The blamed was arrested after a city magistrate felt suspicious when Kumar stood surety for a bail application, as he had done as such before. A FIR was enlisted under sections 120B, 419 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Kumar was sent to one day’s police custody. Amid cross investigation, Kumar told that a man from Sohna had made the fake documents for him. “He stood as bail surety using these documents 8-10 times,” he said.
