Lawyer of the 82 year old said that he has only one car. In the Supreme Court on Saturday, the lawyer put his side to support him. The lawyer said that there was 2224 cars in his client’s name. As indicated by the lawyer, a couple of days back a challan came for the former judge. Yet, the receipt was for that car which was not owned by the judge. After approaching the Punjab Excise and Taxation Department, it was revealed that many cars were enrolled on the name of former Judge Hyatt. After hearing the lawyer’s words, the Supreme Court has asked the Punjab Exide Department’s Director and Secretary to reply. Inside seven days the division has been ordered to give answer. Pakistan is at present battling with money problem. That is the reason the luxury cars of PM House of Pakistan were up for auction a month ago because of this problem. Auction was done at the home of Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan. Under this, numerous different cars, including BMW, Mercedes, Land Cruiser and SUV, were kept available to be auctioned. Many of them were bulletproof also. Pakistan’s Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary had informed that out of 102 cars kept for the auction, 70 cars were sold on the first day. All cars sold at a cost higher than their market cost.
