The supreme court on Tuesday declined the urgent hearing of BJP leader Subramaniam Swamy’s plea on seeking enforcement of his fundamental rights to worship at the disputed Ram temple at Ayodhya and asked him to reapply “later on”

Justice Deepak Misra and Justices A.M Khanwilkar and D.Y Chandrachud considered swamy’s petition in a sitting.

“You mention it later on” was mentioned by the bench.

Mr. Swamy said the term “later on”  was very subjective and said he will reapply after 15 days.
